The Cherry Blossoms
It was the first day of the festival in DC on March 27 and the blossoms looked alright, but still need a little more time. This guy had his cat on a leash and the cat ran up one of the trees and was just chilling on the branch. Not everyday, for me at least, I see a cat on a leash for a walk?
